Below is how we collect your personal data:

- A client or someone else provides us with your personal data.
- We search public registers and other public sources to collect personal data, such as the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

- Organizations that handle our administration and provide us with IT services. And others who work for us. To Google Analytics. And Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn if you share content from our websites through them.
- Our accountants and lawyers. To courts. And to insurers.
- If we are going to reorganize? Merge with another company? Or sell our company? Then we disclose your personal data to organizations involved in this.
If necessary, we first enter into a confidentiality agreement.

Do we disclose your personal data to other countries?

How long do we retain your personal data?

Your personal data is also included in backups in our backup systems. These backup systems automatically delete your personal data after a certain period of time.
If an applicant does not join our company, we retain the personal data of that applicant for a maximum of 4 weeks after the application process. If an applicant gives us permission to retain personal data for a longer period, we retain it for as long as agreed with the applicant.

We do not make automated decisions with a computer. We also do not use large databases to decide who we do or do not want as a customer.
